[Building Sakai] mysql 5.5+?

Folks,
I noticed that a couple of questions went by from UNC mentioning that
they're running mysql 5.5 enterprise.   I thought there were some issues
with running 5.5, just wondering if anyone is running 5.5 in production and
if there are any issues say versus 5.1.  This would be with the 2.7.x
codebase.
