[Building Sakai] Message Forum Preformance Issue

This is a known issue with Msgcntr 2.7.0 and has been resolved since
2.7.1.  I recommend updating to the latest 2.7.x branch
(https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//msgcntr/tags/msgcntr-2.7.5/) or
even going to https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//msgcntr/tags/msgcntr-2.8.1/
since the tool in an Indy tool (you might as well).  Just make sure
you run all the conversion scripts at
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//msgcntr/trunk/messageforums-hbm/src/sql/

(and if you run 2.8+, then make sure you have the jquery-latest.js
file from https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//reference/trunk/library/src/webapp/js/)
