[Building Sakai] Nightly instances updated

Hey all,
Just a quick note to let you know that I rolled 2.6.x off of the nightly build and added 2.8.x…
See here for the breakdown of what version is where: http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org/

Pretty soon (possibly still today) I'll make sure that each version is running with the appropriate version of the jdk/mvn/tomcat.  Many are probably a bit out of date.
