[Building Sakai] webdav & ipad

There are quite a lot of iPhone/iPad apps (notably Apple's own Pages, 
Numbers and Keynote) which allow upload to/download from WebDAV to help 
you transfer documents to/from the desktop.

There isn't support for WebDAV or any other filesystem on an OS level, 
and each app handles it slightly differently. In my experience, most 
apps work fine with Sakai, though a few (presumably with buggy DAV 
implementations) are less happy.
