Hi Joan,

Yes, there is a setting in sakai.properties you need to adjust. See this guide:
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/DOC/Sakai+Admin+Guide+-+Binary+Content+and+Filesystem+Settings

You will also need to convert out any files that were already in the database, onto the filesystem. There is another setting (also on that page) that will convert the data out on next startup. You can turn that off after it's all migrated.
