[Building Sakai] Tool Permissions

Hi All,

I am new to Sakai and trying to get my feet wet in developing tools. I
would like to have a link that says Permissions, and in this page I
would like to display all the permissions that an Instructor, Student
and Teaching Assistant would have for this tool. What is the best way to
accomplish this? Any help would be appreciated.
