[Building Sakai] lesson builder 1.2.3, needed for Sakai 2.8.1

Sakai 2.8.1 has broken /direct/assignment. This was used to call assignments from Lesson Builder. If you are planning to run Lesson Builder 1.2, please update to 1.2.3 before deploying Sakai 2.8.1.

I'll be announcing the start of testing for version 1.3 later today or tomorrow. We will use it this Fall, but not everyone may want to do that.
