[Building Sakai] use Google Analystics

Thanks Thomas.  I am worry about this because it happens once for one of our tester and he saw the browser shows nothing and browser status box at the bottom says ' wait for google analytics'  for a while.

We at UC Davis use it, but it's only present on the gateway page.
