[Building Sakai] Description in Samigo 2.8.x

Hi Omer,

I traced down the code and found the Description/Inro is missing caused by
the new UI in https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-812. I will talk to
our Ux designer to get this fixed.

Regarding the Submission Message, I am able to see it in the submission
confirmation page. Can you please double check?
