[Building Sakai] Message Cntr 2.7.0 and WYSIWYG Editor Notshowing Up

Hi everybody.

If FCKEditor has dissapeared in Msgcntr and a textarea is showed 
instead, maybe this JIRA could be related: 
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/MSGCNTR-408

After changing the Java version to 1.6, it's needed to change the 
jsf-tool-sun version in pom.xml
