[Building Sakai] Message Cntr 2.7.0 and WYSIWYG Editor Not showing Up

When you untarred the files on production, did you clean out the old msgcntr
files first?  You should clean up the directories where you are about to
unroll the tar.  Not cleaning up files can often leave you with duplicate
jars.

I have never seen the specific issue of the editor not showing up.
