[Building Sakai] 2.7.1 Install problem hibernate3-maven-plugin

sakai-2.7.1 contains no snapshot dependency references.  The 2.7.1 reports-api has a dependency on hibernate3-maven-plugin version 2.0 while site-manage and taggable declare dependencies on 2.2.

Try deleting or changing the folder name of .m2/repository/org/codehaus/mojo/hibernate3-maven-plugin and do a mvn clean install on sakai-2.7.1/reports it should download the hibernate3-maven-plugin-2.0.jar
