[Building Sakai] using <sakai:input_date>

Hi,
 I was creating a form using some <sakai:> components. When I tried <sakai:input_date showDate='true'> it only show a textfield with a hint about the format to enter. There's a symbol look like a calendar but clicking on it have no effect. According to tld file, this tag supposed to allow user to pick a date on a popup calendar. Can somebody tell me how to enable that calendar.
