[Building Sakai] Multiple Sakai installs

This question was asked by ravenal at uniphix.com a few weeks ago. The end
result was that the community mostly runs multiple tomcats for reliability.
It would basically involve you researching tomcat virtual hosting if you
wanted/needed to try it. Though Apache HTTP virtual hosting is typically
more common.
