[Building Sakai] issue with multiple choice tests

When testing out a course as a student, we have come across an issue
with the multiple choice tests. If a student "times out" on a test, or
goes over the allowed amount of time, we want to be able to reset or
delete the grade and allow them to take the test again, but haven't been
able to figure out how to do this. Is this possible?

Thanks,
