[Building Sakai] Profiles and Clog: Default User Picture

Hi Raad,

In Profile2 1.3 (the version that ships with Sakai 2.7), the profile image entity provider throw's 404's if the user doesn't have an image. It's since been updated so that everyone has an image, even if it's the default.

It wouldn't be too difficult to fix this if you can file a JIRA.
