[Building Sakai] How to create an app for sakai 2.7.1

Hi,

If you are on Sakai 2.7.1 then you shouldn't be using the pre-K1 version in the app builder as many dependencies have changed. Use the K1 build. It's still for 2.6 but should work ok.
Also, we need more of the log, there will be stacktraces above that destroy() error, go right back to before they started and grab it all.
