The directory layout for CHS is typically:

/user/userid
/site/siteid
/someotherrandomtoplevelfolders

So I think if you can get a users ID (not eid) you should be able to 
make a file such as:

/user/asdfa-341341-adefsadfa-q4rqwrwe/afileforyou.txt
