[Building Sakai] Content notifications

      Hi all,

      I'm working to fix several JIRA related with content and dropbox notifications. The solution is to use EmailTemplateService, as Steve S. suggested. I've researching how to do this and have seen that ContentHostingService at kernel uses NotificationService. Though I've trying to implement templates in content tool to leave the kernel as is, now I'm not sure if the best option is to substitute NotificationService by EMailTemplateService at kernel.

      I would like to know you feedback before to continue coding...
