[Building Sakai] Preferred way of automated import of Calendar events?

The calendar supports importing calendar events exported from  
Microsoft Outlook, Meeting Maker as well as iCal subscriptions (the  
latter is only partially supported and needs to be enabled in  
sakai.properties).
