[Building Sakai] T&Q Export not exporting questions in 2.7.0

Having an odd issue with exporting T&Q assessments from 2.7.0 in both QTI and ContentPackaging formats. 

The problem is that the settings  get exported properly, but none of the questions are included in the XML

In the logs, I see

I've tried exporting multiple asssessments with the same outcome on both our dev and prod systems.

Can someone else running 2.7 confirm whether this is just us?
 
Any other suggestions? Should I just file a bug report?
