[Building Sakai] Proposed PDA Portal Wording Change - SAK-19061

If you go to the /portal/pda on nightly you will see a cool link at the bottom of the page titled "Switch to classic view"

I would like to change this to either be "Switch to standard view" or "Switch to full view"

I am adding a link at the bottom of the full view titled "Switch to Accessible/PDA view" and so I would like some symmetry in the wording so people properly see it as switching back and forth.
