[Building Sakai] Roster Pictures

Hi Sam,

Currently the pictures are fixed size. In a future release of the Roster
(possibly 2.8 but most likely 2.9) we will have more flexibility in what
size pictures are displayed as these will come from Profile2 which has this
capability.
