[Building Sakai] Grading in Assignment tool

We are seeing following symptom with our 2.7.x install..

When an instructor adds a grade for a student to an assignment in 
assignments tool that is greater than the Maximum Value, the instructor 
receives the normal "Are you sure alert" that goes away once the Save 
button is pressed a second time.  However, when the instructor then 
clicks on the Next button in order to grade the next student, they 
receive the "Alert: Grade entered is larger than the maximum grade 
allowed. Are you sure?" alert a second time.  Clicking on the "Save and 
Don't Release to Students" button at the bottom of the page again 
removes this error message.  Clicking on the next button again pops up 
the alert.

Anyone seen this before and any fix for this?
