[Building Sakai] Moving Presence into a DIV - SAK-19129

I have made another portal modification:

It moves the presence information from an iframe that was updated via courier into a div that is updated using Ajax.   It is in trunk (make sure to update both presence and portal).

You can also test it on:

http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8083/portal
