Well it looks like Sakai's Collapsing Navigation is ready to go.  Feel free to test this on 

http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8083/portal

Add any comments to the JIRA if you find anything - good to test this on lots-o-browsers.

I will close this JIRA in a day or so unless someone finds something wrong. After that we can file bugs on the fearture as new JIRAs if an issue is identified.

I would really like accessibility review on this if someone would take the time to check it out.
