[Building Sakai] Assignments 2

Hi Hugo,

We are about ready to start tagging a set of pre 1.0 tags / release 
candidates for A2.  IU is running it  unstealthed in production, so it's 
becoming quite stable.  Also, massive thanks to Dave Horwitz and crew 
who have started piloting it as well and have been helping tighten 
things up for proper community release.

Out of curiosity, what version of Sakai are you looking to pilot it on?  
Will you be planning on wanting Turnitin integration as well?
