[Building Sakai] Web links in resources not working

Hi,

Diego is on the right track, but the actual property in 2.7 is:

content.html.forcedownload = true/false

It used to be content.html.secure but was renamed to make it clearer what it was actually doing. But that version of the property never made a release.

As an administrator you can also set access on individual files, folders or sites if the property is left at true.
