[Building Sakai] remove mailtool

What is the easiest way to remove mailtool from all of my sakai sites since it is no longer available in 2.7 ?
 
Unfortunately our creation script ran and added that tool before we upgraded to 2.7, so every site we have has it listed, and you get a nice blank screen when you click on it now.
