[Building Sakai] Announcement for multiple worksites

You can try the merge option in announcement, which will merge the
announcements across different sites. So if you post in one site, it will be
visible across other sites in which it is merged into. However, you should
note that the notification option applies only to the site where it is
selected, and email notifications are not sent to the merged sites
