[Building Sakai] JVM 6 Crash fixed: SCORM Player for 2.7

Hi All,

I've finally figured out the JVM crash issue, and found a way to work around
it: for details, see
WICKET-3136<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WICKET-3136>
 and SCO-63 <http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SCO-63>.

I applied the fix to all versions and applied the patch from Charles Hedrick
(thanks!). This means we've got an working 2.7 version.
