[Building Sakai] IMS LIS

John Bush and his team here at rSmart have recently been working on
IMS LIS, augmenting the foundation laid by Unicon/Oracle in Sakora to
meet the latest draft of the specification, as well as to support
integration with SunGard Banner SIS and other platforms.
