[Building Sakai] Attendance tool

Suddenly received a bunch of email to the Sakai Foundation regarding an
attendance tool.
I seem to remember someone discussing this before but can't find reference
to it other than references in Jira.

Did anyone make anything that is lurking in svn that I can point folks to?
