[Building Sakai] rustici scorm support in 2.7

I've been doing a little research trying to get the rustici integration to
run in 2.7 version of Sakai.  I got it to work with one simple change.  In
case anyone else runs into this, follow the normal steps documented here,
http://www.scorm.com/sakai/scormcloud-installation

Then delete the components/scormcloud-pack/generic-dao-0.9.8.jar and replace
with a 0.9.17.jar version
