[Building Sakai] Big Blue Button Intergration

Oh, right. That's different then. I suggest using 0.7.0 until I can hook 
a Sakai up to a 0.7.1 instance and try it out. It's a bit weird as the 
integration isn't that tight,  just restful api calls.
