[Building Sakai] Issues accessing maven2-snapshots?

Hi All,

Just want to check this is really a local issue :-)

I'm getting 504 errors in maven accessing artifacts in the sakai
snapshot repo. I have reported it to our networks team but just want to
be sure :-)
