[Building Sakai] Access sakai with a session

Hi Francisco,

Yes, in 2.7.1 you need to enable support for this in sakai.properties
with:

session.parameter.allow=true

Note that you may have difficulties using this approach if you have a
clustered setup with a loadbalancer, as the webservice may give you a
session on a different appserver to that which the loadbalancer
subsequently assigns to the user.

Regards
Stephen

Hi,

I hope someone can help us with this.
  We are trying to access the portal with a given session obtained with

webservices (SakaiScript -> getSessionForUser or the deprecated
SakaiPortalLogin -> login) using this:
*http://SAKAIURL/portal=sakai.session=XXX*, but it seems not to work.
We
are using sakai 2.7.1 and we know that this system works on Sakai
2.6.x. Maybe I need to put anything in the sakai.properties?

Thanks in advance.
