[Building Sakai] Tomcat does not start correctly

It's ok right now. The root cause is from sakai.properties so I've tried
replacing the old one with sakai's default sakai.properties file.
And it works like a charm again.

But why did it happen?
I just worked on assignment tool without touching sakai.properties file.
