[Building Sakai] Hello3 back at you

Hi all,

It takes a lot to make me smile on a cold grey Monday in Amsterdam. However, who ever added the Hello3 solute in trunk under the features page certainly did. Please be careful or I will add a Jira task for quote of the day to replace that new message :)  Please review and remove.
