[Building Sakai] error viewing uploaded video on mobile device

I believe it was in http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-215. We thought
about backporting it, but will probably be on 2.7 in a few months anyway, so
it didn't seem that high priority. Not sure if it depends on KNL-205 or not.
