[Building Sakai] Transferring Content from Sakai 2.4 to other VLEs

We have been running an instance of Sakai 2.4 for one of our projects. The
project is nearing it's end and the users are looking to utilise an 
existing Moodle instance.

Has anyone looked at essentially migrating from Sakai 2.4 to Moodle?

If there is no particular migration mechanism, does anybody have
recommendations on how best to get content out of the various (core 2.4) 
tools so it can be imported into another system?
