[Building Sakai] Set permission for resources

Hi,

Actually you can map external content (either from other sites or externally
to Sakai) using Content Hosting Handler (CHH):

You'll need to work out on the permission stuff, both on you custom CHH and
on your custom SecurityAdvisor (org.sakaiproject.authz.api.SecurityAdvisor):
