[Building Sakai] Word count in messages/forums tool

Oh, that word count! It's working for me on QA1-NL which is
running sakai_2-7-0_B8. It only appears when posting a new thread to a
topic, not creating a new topic. It *might* not be compatible with all
browsers (Tested with Chrome and IE8).Sorry for the confusion.
