I isnt trivial for us to retrieve our SAK-'s and KNL-'s but we'll have a go.

WRT "Is there an institution using 2.6 willing to send me a list of at least their 10 most wanted changes"

Do you mean 10 most wanted patches / bug fixes? Or the top 10 unsatisfied SAK-'s ?
