[Building Sakai] Sharing your list of extra features/fixes used locally that may be helpful for others

We also use msub for this, and if we merge any fixes (from svn commits or patches) we also reference the JIRA from which it originally came so it shows up for that issue.
I could collate a list pretty easily, but keeping it updated is another thing :)
