[Building Sakai] Highest tested version of Oracle and 32-bit vs 64-bit OS and db?

This is great.  Is the 11g R2 version also 64-bit?

Hi Cheryl,

We're load testing on 64-bit RHEL 5 running Oracle 11g R2. We haven't seen any showstoppers on the database side.
