[Building Sakai] Sakai SMS Tool

Hi all,

I'm installing the SMS tool and the QnA tool in Sakai 2.6.2. I can send SMS's to and from Sakai (Create a SMS and send from the SMS Messages Tool). But I do not get reply's for the SMS's I send to Sakai. For excample: I send the command ANSWER 1 (for QnA) to Sakai. It goes through the AnswerSmsCommand and returns the correct answer to the SMSCore but then it gets sucked into a black hole.  I can add questions and replays to QnA with SMS's but I don't get responses for those SMS's.
In some cases I can see the task in SMS Admin > Tasks as below but in other cases it doesn't even list in Tasks. Also the task listed has 0 (zero) for the size so it will send to nobody. I used a registered user's (user on Sakai and registered to the site) phone number.

Then just a side note, how do you know what is the questions number? It is not listed in QnA.
