[Building Sakai] Displaying number of units in a course

[mizematr at notes.udayton.edu]

If you're using the Course Management tools, credits will automatically be 
displayed on a per student basis in Site Info.  By setting either the 
Default Credits on an enrollment set or Credits on an individual 
enrollment, that information is made visible to Instructors and TAs.

I'm pretty sure we can get them to start supplying the info without
too much trouble. We would definitely be getting it from the SIS.
