[Building Sakai] Nightly2 down

FYI - I saw this same error yesterday on the s23 hybrid machine.  I was able to resolve with this fix:

Yes, use limits.conf.  But don't forget about the ssh bug!

        Did you edit /etc/security/limits.conf?

        You need to set:
        *               soft    nofile          128000
        *               hard    nofile          128000
