[Building Sakai] MIT and Sakai?

My understanding is that MIT is deciding whether to migrate to Sakai (or possibly some other system) from their homegrown Stellar platform.
Although MIT was a founding member of the Sakai Project, it has not yet fully adopted Sakai as its primary online learning platform.
